Terms of Service
Effective 2026-06-16
1. Using liar.dev
liar.dev lets people claim a subdomain, connect a Discord identity, and publish a profile or link page. You are responsible for the content you publish and for keeping your Discord account secure.
2. Accounts and subdomains
A claimed subdomain is a revocable handle, not property. We may rename, suspend, reclaim, or remove subdomains that are abusive, misleading, infringing, illegal, reserved for platform use, or harmful to liar.dev or other users.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use liar.dev for harassment, impersonation, malware, phishing, spam, illegal content, non-consensual sexual content, hateful conduct, or content that violates someone else's rights. Do not attempt to bypass private mode, rate limits, security controls, or admin review.
4. Paid features
liar.dev may offer paid upgrades. Prices, included features, and billing terms will be shown before purchase. Unless a purchase screen says otherwise, paid digital features are provided as-is and payments are not refundable except where required by law or where we choose to make an exception.
5. Moderation
We may review, hide, remove, or restrict profiles and links to protect users, comply with law, respond to platform requirements, or operate liar.dev safely. We may deny or revoke claims in private mode.
6. Third-party services
Discord, Supabase, Cloudinary, Stripe, and other providers may power parts of liar.dev. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party outages or account actions.
7. Disclaimers
liar.dev is provided without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, permanent availability of any subdomain, or that every feature will remain available forever.
8. Contact
Questions, moderation issues, and legal requests can be sent to privacy@liar.dev. For data deletion, use the data deletion request flow.
